Western Materials is Hiring an Operations Assistant Near Yakima, WA

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting in the smooth operation of daily activities.

Responsibilities:

- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents accurately
- Utilize DocuSign for document processing
- Proficient in Google Suite and Outlook Calendar for scheduling and communication
- Assist in office management tasks such as supply inventory and vendor coordination
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
- Support event planning activities including logistics and coordination
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assist in project coordination by organizing tasks and timelines

Experience:

- Previous experience in office management or administrative support roles preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other relevant software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in event planning or project coordination is a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
